9-1-1 Communications Center
The 9-1-1 Communications Center is a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and dispatch center providing the residents of St. Charles Parish a vital link to emergency response personnel from medical, fire, and Sheriff’s Office services.
Calls for Service
The St. Charles Parish Communications Center receives more than 50,000 calls for service each year for the Sheriff's Office, Fire Departments and Emergency Medical Service.
