Function

The Civil Division of the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office manages business including tax collection, tax sales, sheriff’s sales, occupational licenses, service of civil and criminal subpoenas, evictions and seizures, finances and payroll, bonds and fines collection.

Staff & Branches
The Chief Financial Officer is Nicole Henry who oversees multiple branches within this Civil Division. The division is comprised of 31 employees assigned to the following branches:
