Responsibilities
The judicial process division, assists the civil process division with handling all seizures of foreclosure property ordered by the courts by virtue of writs of seizure and sale, garnishments, attachments, fieri facias, sequestration, and possession.
Subpoenas
The judicial process division handles service of both civil and criminal subpoenas. Records are kept of all subpoenas. Evictions are also done on property that has been seized and sold if the occupant fails to vacate as directed.
